We went on a field trip to Seattle for International Club at the Pikes Place Market and the Pacific Science Center. This one is right outside the Pacific Science Center. I really love how the sun is showing here and how it goes across the entire picture.

HDR Seattle
I took this photo while I was at the Journalism Conference in Seattle a few weeks ago. I really liked how the HDR really brought out the colors in the building and made it look more like a painting. Not everyone likes the looks of HDR photos but I like the coloration you can give you photos.

Inthis picture I got in a little closer to just get the upper half of Deigo’s body, for the white background, I had a white sheet set up, and I had a light that lit it up so the background was completely white.

I took this because I thought the light would come out really really good in photoshop, and I striked a pose. I used an old bottle to mark the focal spot in the picture so I wouldnt be out of focus when it took.

Our photo assignment was to take studio potraits. I chose to post this photograph to show you that you can have fun while taking studio portraits and that it isn’t always boring. Just as long as you have your friends there, you can always make anything fun. You can have them do any type of pose from something serious, to something fun, like shown above. All I did for this photo portrait pose was telling them to do a pose of their choosing, and came up with this. It took a few tries beforehand to get all the lighting just right, so we could have a complete white background to work with.
